Meet Dr. Marvin Eichner

Marvin Eichner, D.D.S. is an endodontist at our offices in Norwood, Dedham and Franklin, MA. Dr. Eichner attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where he was a biochemistry fellow and earned his B.S. in Biology. After attaining his bachelors degree he attended Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry and graduated with honors for achievements in periodontology. He entered the United States Public Health Service while in Dental School for a dental externship and after graduation was selected for a USPHS hospital internship. Dr. Eichner remained in the USPHS for four years spending most of his time at the National Institutes of Health as the Officer in Charge of the Commissioned Officers Dental Clinic. He left the service to advance his education attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine were he received his specialty training in Endodontics and taught for a short while. In 1976 Dr. Eichner established what has become Endodontic Care, P.C., a specialty practice, focused on Care and the practice of endodontics.

Dr. Eichner is past President of the Massachusetts Association of Endodontists, Secretary of the Metropolitan District Dental Society, President and Trustee of the Parkway Dental Study Club. He is currently a member of the Information Technology Committee of the American Association of Endodontists

Dr. Eichner is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Metropolitan Dental Society and the Parkway-Norfolk Dental Study Club.

Dr Eichner’s motto is “It’s nice to be important… it’s more important to be nice.” He enjoys the image of “Mr. Fix-it” … whether it be computers, electronics or woodworking”.
