We are committed to delivering the highest quality care at the most reasonable cost. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service, unless prior financial arrangements have been made.

If you have any questions about your account, please contact us! Often, a quick phone call can clear up any misunderstandings.

Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

You will receive a monthly statement. Most insurance companies respond within 4 to 6 weeks. If your statement does not reflect an insurance payment within that time, please contact us. We appreciate your prompt payment of any remaining balance once insurance has processed your claim.

If needed, we can arrange a monthly payment plan, but this must be set up prior to your procedure
