At Endodontic Care, we are proud to be in-network with many major dental insurance carriers to help make your treatment as affordable and stress-free as possible.  We work closely with your insurance provider to maximize your benefits and minimize out-of-pocket costs—because your health and peace of mind are our priority.

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance coverage, we may submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance provider following your consultation with the doctor. It typically takes 2–4 weeks for your insurance company to process this estimate and send a response.

A copy of the estimate is usually mailed to your home and outlines the anticipated out-of-pocket cost due at your next visit. Please note that this is only an estimate. Final coverage may vary once the claim is processed, especially if your annual maximum has been met or other claims are still pending.

We strongly encourage you to contact your dental insurance provider directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding:

  • Coverage limitations

  • Remaining annual benefits

  • Pending or open claims

  • Excluded procedures

If your insurance provider does not fulfill their portion of the claim—or if treatment is completed before a pre-treatment estimate or prior authorization is received—any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
