Meet the talented and dedicated staff of Endodontic Care of MA, P.C.!
All front office staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in dental procedures and insurance policies, HIPAA privacy compliance, and are CPR certified. They are typically our patients’ first point of contact when calling to schedule an appointment, and are happy to answer any questions that may arise!
All clinical staff are experienced, licensed dental assistants, who aid the doctors in root canal and surgical procedures. They are trained in the most up-to-date OSHA and Infection Control regulations, digital radiography, sterilization techniques, and are all CPR certified. Our clinical staff strives to provide our patients with a safe and comfortable experience.
Nancy has been managing the front office at Endodontic Care since 1987. She enjoys working with such a caring and professional staff, and the daily interaction with the amazing patients who trust Endodontic Care. She has her degree in business administration. Nancy values the importance of giving back to the community and volunteers in her free time. She is happiest with her family or spending a day by the sea.
Director of Operations
Sue has been with Endodontic Care since January, 2011, and plays an integral part in ensuring the practice’s daily operations run smoothly. She has a strong background in administration, bookkeeping, and customer service. Sue provides an excellent level of care to our patients when it comes to guiding them on insurance questions, clinical concerns, and overall care. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking, and playing with her small dog, Suki.
Jen started her career with Endodontic Care as part of the administrative staff, and is currently training as a dental assistant. She draws on her experience in client relations and support services to provide excellent care for our patients. Jen loves greeting patients with a welcoming smile, bubbly personality, and engaging conversation. She takes joy in helping our patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door. In her free time, Jen enjoys enjoy spending quality time with her son, watching movies, reading, and hanging with friends.
Nicole has been a part of our Endodontic Care family since 2005. She is a licensed dental assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Hartford. Nicole takes great pride in bringing the utmost compassion and dedication to our patients, and is committed to providing them a positive experience each time. Besides caring for our patients, she is a proud mother of her one, and only, precious daughter, and enjoys watching football with her husband.
Donna is a licensed dental assistant and has been with Endodontic Care since 2007. Her upbeat and positive attitude provides a comfortable and relaxing environment to our patients on a day to day basis. Donna strives to bring a smile or a laugh to everyone who walks in the door, and thoroughly enjoys conversing with patients to help ease their anxiety and concerns while in the dental chair. When she is not in the office, Donna enjoys sewing, quilting, and traveling with her family.
Kristy joined Endodontic Care in March, 2015. She is a licensed dental assistant and has more than 12 years of experience working in various dental specialties. Kristy is particularly focused on helping patients feel at ease in the dental chair by reassuring them, answering their questions, and providing an overall sense of comfort with her approachable and helpful presence. Outside of dentistry, Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, whether in the hockey rink or in Taekwondo classes!
Taylor is the newest member to the clinical dental assisting staff at Endodontic Care. With her background in restaurant service and hospitality, Taylor brings with her a strong sense of multitasking and efficiency. She loves interacting with patients and providing them with excellent care. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys playing with her young daughter, cleaning, and shopping!
Lillian is a new addition to our clinical team and has been with our office since the Spring of 2019. She received her dental assisting certification in her hometown of Fresno, California in 2016. After 2 years of administrative dental assistant experience, she relocated to Massachusetts and joined our endodontic team as a dental assistant. Lillian enjoys talking with patients, addressing questions and concerns, as well as making them feel comfortable. In her spare time, she enjoys attending local events, meeting new people, and exploring New England!
