Sue has been with Endodontic Care since January of 2011, and plays a vital part in ensuring the practice’s operations run smoothly.  She has a strong background in administration, customer service, and data management.  Sue works directly with our staff to promote an environment of care and support, emphasizing teamwork amongst employees. Her main focus is providing excellent patient care by continually improving the systems in place, and working closely with our staff on a daily basis.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and playing with her small dog, Amado.

  Kali
  Front Desk Manager

 

Kali has been a part of our Endodontic Care family since 2020.  She has over 10 years of experience in patient care and takes pride in helping people.  She is one of the friendly voices on the other side of the phone when you call us! Her goal is to ensure that she does her part in making sure that every patient’s visit with us is as easy and transparent, as possible. Kali oversees the administrative staff, ensuring the day to day tasks run smoothly and efficiently.  In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Dakota, and spending time with friends and family. 

Nancy has been managing the front office at Endodontic Care since 1987.  She enjoys working with such a caring and professional staff, and the daily interaction with the amazing patients who trust Endodontic Care. She has her degree in business administration. Nancy values the importance of giving back to the community and volunteers in her free time. She is happiest with her family or spending a day by the sea.

Elaine has been a valued member of the administrative staff of Endodontic Care since 2015.  She has a strong background in customer service, and is typically one of the first friendly faces you’ll see at our front desk, offering patients a warm welcome.  Her helpful and easy-going demeanor is essential to providing patients with guidance on insurance questions and scheduling concerns.  In her leisure time, Elaine enjoys spending time with her husband, new baby boy, and puppy, Milo.

Nicole has been a part of our Endodontic Care family since 2005. She is a licensed dental assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Hartford. Nicole takes great pride in bringing the utmost compassion and dedication to our patients, and is committed to providing them a positive experience each time. Besides caring for our patients, she is a proud mother of her one, and only, precious daughter, and enjoys watching football with her husband.

Rachel is a certified and licensed dental assistant who began her dental career at Endodontic Care in April, 2011. She received her CDA from Lincoln Technical Institute in 2010. Every day at work, she provides care and comfort to our patients with her reassuring and friendly demeanor. In her free time, she enjoys Burn Boot Camp and being in the sunshine.

 

Lulu
Dental Assistant

 

Lulu graduated from the Massasoit Community College Dental Assistant program in May of 2022, and recently joined Endodontic Care in January 2025. Throughout her dental assistant career she’s gained experience in general dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatrics.  Lulu has found the endodontic field quite fascinating, and loves to help brighten smiles!  In her spare time you’ll find her binge-watching anime, getting emotionally invested in K-dramas, or whipping up sweet treats in the kitchen!

Laura

Jen has been a valued member of our dental team since 2018. With her warm personality and genuine care for patients, she helps create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that puts people at ease. Jen is not only an exceptional dental assistant—she’s also highly efficient and always looking for ways to improve how our office operates.  When she’s not at work, Jen stays busy with her teenage son, Alex, and their two cats. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication make her an indispensable part of our team

Carynell brings a warm, compassionate approach to patient care and is dedicated to helping every patient feel comfortable, valued, and supported during their visit.

With previous dental training and education abroad, Carynell brings a unique perspective to the dental field and is passionate about lifelong learning and professional growth. Known for her kindness, empathy, and positive attitude, she enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone who visits our office.

Outside of work, Carynell enjoys spending quality time with her family and embraces opportunities for personal development, and serving others.
