Who thought getting a root canal could be such an enjoyable experience. The staff here were both personable and professional which put me at ease immediately. Once the procedure started they were amazing from start to finish, making sure they worked diligently, but also ensure that I was not in any discomfort. I had a root canal yesterday at the Franklin location performed by Dr. Sharma and assistants and it was a lovely experience. I had absolutely no pain at any point during the visit! Everyone was so friendly and immediately put me at ease about a procedure that has historically been dreaded for generations. This is a very caring and professional group. At several points during the procedure, Dr. Sharma asked me how I was doing and genuinely seemed concerned with my well being. I had to visit their office a few times because of a very infected tooth that needed root canal. I was a little anxious going into the first appointment as I had never had one before. I visited this dental office for a root canal, and the experience was excellent. I was initially nervous, worried it might be painful or overwhelming, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming. The doctor did an outstanding job—I didn’t feel a thing, and the procedure was completed in under an hour. I highly recommend this place. Endodontic Care of MA was an unbelievable experience. I was having trouble finding a dentist for my Adult child (lol) who needed a root canal badly. We tried many places and they were either insanely expensive, 10X the cost, or did not take our insurance. The Staff here are just amazing, Friendly, caring and helpful. The got him in right away, and made it easy to pre-fill out all the paperwork at home. They also scheduled a follow-up and gave the choice of over the phone or in person to just check up and see how everything is going for him, making sure he is not in any additional pain and everything is holding as should.
